Steps to Submit and View Ticket

Submitting IT Ticket

  1. Click on "Submit a ticket" option
  2. enter your Name and Email address
  3. Select Priority
  4. Select Issue type, Location and Department
  5. Enter Subject and Message
  6. Fill captcha
  7. Submit  

User receives email notification with ticket number for future reference and users can also track the status of the ticket by going to "View existing ticket option" 

  1. Enter the ticket tracking ID
  2. Enter email address
  3. Click on view ticket
