Steps to Submit and View Ticket
Submitting IT Ticket
- Click on "Submit a ticket" option
- enter your Name and Email address
- Select Priority
- Select Issue type, Location and Department
- Enter Subject and Message
- Fill captcha
- Submit
User receives email notification with ticket number for future reference and users can also track the status of the ticket by going to "View existing ticket option"
- Enter the ticket tracking ID
- Enter email address
- Click on view ticket
